Generalized Plastic Mechanics and Its Application
Zheng Yingren,Kong Liang
Strategic Study of CAE 2005, Volume 7, Issue 11, Pages 21-36
The development of geotechnical plasticity is reviewed and some problems of applying the classic plasticmechanics to geomaterials are analyzed, and then its three hypotheses not fit for the deformation mechanismBy giving up the three hypotheses, a generalized plastic potential theory can be obtained from solidmechanics directly, and then the traditional plastic mechanics can be changed to a more generalized plasticmechanics, namely generalized plastic mechanics (GPM).
